Guowei is a dedicated marketing professional at Shanghai Meiji, where he plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility in the education sector. Mellie is a confident communicator who has prior experience of maintaining existing client relationships and also generating new ones. She is also very organised and dedicated to her work and has clear understanding of what teachers need and expect when teaching in China. This allows her to excel as a recruiter.

Overall 17 years professional experience, 12 years in the Education recruitment space, I have intensive experience on recruiting, training and managing people in teams in order to achieve the overall corporate objectives.
